Since 1st January 2008, all new minibuses with 9 or more passenger seats have been limited to 100 kph (60 mph). Some slightly older minibuses may, or may not, also be limited.

The difference in drive times between a limited minibus and an unlimited small minibus or MPV is now much more noticable, even with our minimum drive times (6 hours Stage 1, 5 hours Stage 2).

If you can only get the use of a restricted speed minibus, then your team should make sure you have very quick transition times from mountain to road, your drivers have researched the route and don't make any navigational errors, and that you know where and when you are going to have any breaks/fuel stops..!
