PRICE MENU 2008 (Three Peaks Challenge). 9 Seater Minibus & Driver : £900 15/17 Seater Minibus & Driver : £1200 9 Seater Luxury Minicoach & Driver : £1200 MLTE Qualified Mountain Guide : £375 24 Hr Food & Catering : £30 per person Beacon Guide Map Sets : £12 per set VHF Radio hire : £15 per group Map Display GPS Unit : £15 Group Shelter hire : £15 per group NOTES: Minibus & driver. Cost includes minibus, hire and reward insurance, driver, driver expenses and one nights accommodation, parking, tolls, fuel, delivery and return to collect/drop-off points as agreed. Cost is for a 24 hour challenge only, and is based upon the following schedule: Schedule. Day 1 - collect pm from Glasgow - transfer to Fort William. Day 2 - start challenge. Day 3 - end challenge Llanberis. Transfer to drop-off point as agreed. Over-run. Challenges that over-run the above schedule (Day 4) will incur additional charges for accommodation, expenses and driver/vehicle daily rate as agreed. However, this service may not be possible if vehicle is pre-booked by another group during the over-run period. MLTE Qualified Guide.Schedule as above. We impose the following limits for the amount of Three Peaks Challenge walkers in each minibus: 15/17 seater minibuses: 8 walkers recommended for comfort, 10 walkers maximum for safety. 9 seater minibuses: 4 walkers recommended for comfort, 5 walkers maximum for safety. Please ensure all walkers bring only the minimum amount of luggage, in soft sided holdalls rather than suitcases, for the above vehicles. 9 seater luxury minicoach (Bongo Bus): 8 walkers if self-guided, 7 walkers if accompanied by mountain guide. Arrangements can be made for a mountain guide to meet groups on each mountain, thus allowing 8 walkers to travel in the Bongo Bus.
